Please contact us if you have any concerns about your order. Defective merchandise will be refunded or replaced.


As a general rule, personalized products cannot not be refunded, as they have no potential for re-sale. However, if there has been a quality or communication issue, please contact us and we will work together to put together a plan that works for all.


How To Return A Physical Product

Your item must be in it's original, unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturing defect. Items must be sent back within 10 days of receiving your order. Send returns to:

Include in your package a signed note stating the reason for your return and the original receipt. Identify whether you are requesting:

  • an exchange for a different size or color
  • an exchange for a non-defective product
  • a refund

Refund Requests
