Please contact us if you have any concerns about your order. Defective merchandise will be refunded or replaced.

As a general rule, digital products will not be refunded, as they have no value for re-sale to Cardmint.

How To Return An Item

Your item must be in it's original, unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturing defect. Items must be sent back within 10 days of receiving your order. Send returns to:

Include in your package a signed note stating the reason for your return and the original receipt. Identify whether you are requesting:

  • an exchange for a different size or color
  • an exchange for a non-defective product
  • a refund

Refund Requests

  • All refunds will be promptly processed
  • There will not be a restocking fee
  • We do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order
